    Tato diplomová práce se zabývá vizualizačními systémy pro vizualizování, zpracování a analýzu naměřených dat z IQRF MESH sítí. Stěžejní bod práce tedy je zpracování pilotního projektu na vybrané vizualizační platformě zahrnující aplikaci různých statistických, analytických i predikčních metod nad vizualizovanými daty. Součástí praktické části této diplomové práce je také návrh a realizace demonstrační úlohy pro měření enviromentálních veličin, jež bude součástí, spolu s Raspberry Pi, měřicího systému, na jehož výstupu budou k dispozici v podobě databázové tabulky vstupní data pro vybraný vizualizační systém.This diploma thesis is intended analysis of the visualization systems for processing and analysis data from IQRF MESH networks. The main part of the final thesis is the preparation of a pilot project on selected visualization platform, including the integration of the subsystem for data processing, analysis and prediction. Part of the practical part of this thesis is also the desing and realization of a demonstration task based on IQRF technology, which will form, together with Raspberry Pi, measurement system.     Import 05/08/2014Tato diplomová práce se zabývá řešením heterogenního svarového spoje, který vznikne při instalaci zpětné klapky L10 DN150 PN40 do potrubní trasy technologické páry. Tento požadavek vznikl při zpracování projektové dokumentace ve společnosti Třinecká projekce, a.s. Cílem této práce je zpracovat technologicko-konstrukční řešení instalace zpětné klapky do potrubní trasy a dle dosažených výsledků vytvořit předběžnou specifikaci postupu svařování pWPS. V první části diplomové práce jsem provedl popis dispozičního řešení umístění zpětné klapky a popis její funkce. Zároveň jsem specifikoval základní materiály. V experimentální části diplomové práce jsem podrobně rozebral a analyzoval možné varianty řešení technologičnosti konstrukce instalace zpětné klapky a dle zvolené varianty jsem provedl rozbor technologického postupu svařování. Ve finální části diplomové práce jsem sestavil z dosažených výsledků předběžné specifikace postupu svařování pWPS.This Dissertation Thesis is concerned with Heterogenous Welded Joint solution, which comes into being when installing a retrograde flap L10 DN150 PN40 into the pipeline route of the technological steam. This requirement became during preparation of a Project Documentation in the Planning and Designing Třinec joint-stock company. The aim of this Dissertation Thesis is to elaborate a technological and constructional resolution of installing a retrograde flap into the pipeline route and afterwards to make a preliminary specification of pWPS welding advancement, according to achieved results. In the first part of Dissertation Thesis I carried out a description of the layout solution of retrograde flap placing and a description of its function. I also specified basic materials. In the experimental part of Dissertation Thesis I examined in detail and analysed possible technological and constructional solving variants of installing a retrograde flap and according to a choosen variant I carried out an analysis of a technological welding advancement.     Low-power Renewable Possibilities for Geothermal IoT Monitoring Systems

    Nowadays, humanity is facing a difficult challenge, because of sustainable energy use and production. One of the major ways to solve this problem is the usage of renewable energy as a sustainable and reliable source of electric power and heat. This trend is also obvious in the field of the Internet of Things (IoT), where research teams are increasingly focusing on renewable energy and its monitoring with IoT. This paper aims to map current research on the use of the Internet of Things with a special focus on use in geothermal applications. Information concerning renewable geothermal energy sources and individual IoT communication technologies is summarized. A basic Bluetooth iBeacon test case is also presented.©2022 IEEE.     Advanced signal processing methods for condition monitoring

    Condition monitoring of induction motors (IM) among with the predictive maintenance concept are currently among the most promising research topics of manufacturing industry. Production efficiency is an important parameter of every manufacturing plant since it directly influences the final price of products. This research article presents a comprehensive overview of conditional monitoring techniques, along with classification techniques and advanced signal processing techniques. Compared methods are either based on measurement of electrical quantities or nonelectrical quantities that are processed by advanced signal processing techniques. This article briefly compares individual techniques and summarize results achieved by different research teams. Our own testbed is briefly introduced in the discussion section along with plans for future dataset creation. According to the comparison, Wavelet Transform (WT) along with Empirical Mode Decomposition (EMD), Principal Component Analysis (PCA) and Park's Vector Approach (PVA) provides the most interesting results for real deployment and could be used for future experiments.Web of Scienc

    Import 03/08/2012Tématem této bakalářské práce je posoudit možnosti renovace opotřebených dílů a součástí skalní frézy BOART LONGYEAR BF-300 D5, která se používá mimo jiné i v hutním průmyslu k opravě žárobetonových částí hutních pecí. Během pracovní činnosti tohoto zařízení dochází k velkému opotřebení pracovních nožů RM5. Aby se nesnížila produktivita celého procesu frézování, musí se tyto opotřebené nože často měnit za nové a ty použité se ve stávající praxi vyhazují, což se z ekonomického hlediska značně prodraží. Cílem této práce je zvolit vhodnou technologii k renovaci opotřebených nožů skalní frézy a finanční náklady vynaložené na renovaci těchto dílů efektivně zhodnotit.The Theme of this Bachelor Thesis is the assessment of renovation possibilities of worn down components of the Rock Mill BOART LONGYEAR BF-300 D5 which is used besides other things also in the metallurgical industry to repairing of concrete components of furnace. It comes up to wear down of working blades RM5 in the course of working operations of this facilities. Not to reduce productivity of the whole milling process, worn down blades must be replaced with new blades one by one, they are in practice discarded which increase the cost from the economic point of view.     Human activity classification using multilayer perceptron

    The number of smart homes is rapidly increasing. Smart homes typically feature functions such as voice-activated functions, automation, monitoring, and tracking events. Besides comfort and convenience, the integration of smart home functionality with data processing methods can provide valuable information about the well-being of the smart home residence. This study is aimed at taking the data analysis within smart homes beyond occupancy monitoring and fall detection. This work uses a multilayer perceptron neural network to recognize multiple human activities from wrist- and ankle-worn devices. The developed models show very high recognition accuracy across all activity classes. The cross-validation results indicate accuracy levels above 98% across all models, and scoring evaluation methods only resulted in an average accuracy reduction of 10%.Web of Science2118art. no. 620

    Implementation of autonomous mobile robot in SmartFactory

    This study deals with the technology of autonomous mobile robots (AMR) and their implementation on the SmartFactory production line at the Technical University of Ostrava. The task of the mobile robot is to cooperate with the production line, take over the manufactured products, and then deliver them. The content also includes a description of the individual steps that were necessary to make the mobile robot operational, such as loading a virtual map of the space, creating a network for communication with the mobile robot, and programming it. The main part of the experiment deals with testing the accuracy of moving the mobile robot to each position and establishing communication between the production line and the mobile robot. A high accuracy is a necessity in this process. The result of the study is the configuration of the autonomous mobile robot. The repetitive precision of the approach of the autonomous mobile robot to a position is +/- 3 mm.Web of Science1217art. no. 891
